We had to postpone a couple of days due to the freezing weather early January. I wasn't home the first afternoon they came but was impressed there was no mess or other evidence they had been there, just the first layer of cement in the places needed. I was home  the second day they came and they laid down protective tarps in all the area's where they were working.  The crew of four knew what they were doing and were very fast and efficient. They covered the cement with the first stucco layer and were gone before I realized they were done the color nearly matched and I was impressed.  It turned out they had missed one crack, and when I let Alvaro know, they fixed it while working on the other areas.  The third day they finished up and painted the repairs to match the original stucco perfectly.  They provided a one year warrantee on workmanship and labor, which was important to me because of the time of year we were making the repairs.  I was very impressed and I literally cannot tell where the repairs were made. The finish matches perfectly.  I would highly recommend BluSky.

"Jorge is very meticulous. He is friendly and professional. During his time at my home he gave me updates and pointed out areas where he needed to add a second (and sometimes third) coat of paint. "I considered Jeff to re-enforce a double wide carport with new poles. The entire carport was leaning that we noticed after a recent storm in May. My biggest concern was that the job was too big for one person due to the safety concerns. Jeff has an extensive work history on construction and appeared to be very skilled and very capable to do the work. After dealing with the city permit requirements, we now face some challenges and have found ourselves having to demolish the old structure to meet the new set back in the backyard where the carport resides and rebuild new.
